傳輸一律加密（HTTPS/WSS）。

(Mahjong Four Winds, "the App") is a free mahjong game for friends and family. We collect only the minimum data needed to run the game. We do not track you, and your data is never sold. A slim ad rail on the game page supports development and shows non-personalized ads only (see "Advertising" below).

What we collect

Account identifiers — the App signs you in anonymously (Firebase Authentication). If you choose to sign in with Google or Apple, we receive that account's identifier, display name and email address.
Nickname — the display name you use at the table.
Game records — the course and results of online games (wins, scores), shown in your game history.
Published fan tables — custom rule tables you choose to publish are visible to other players with your nickname.

Advertising

The App shows ads via Google AdMob and requests non-personalized ads (NPA) only — ad content is not selected based on your personal data. To serve and measure ads, Google may process:

Device identifiers (such as IDFV) and device information;
IP address — used to infer an approximate region (not precise location) and to prevent ad fraud;
Ad interaction data (whether an ad was shown or tapped);
Diagnostics (such as ad-loading error logs).

None of this is linked to your account or identity. The App does not use the IDFA and does not track you across apps, so you will never see Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. In the EEA and UK, the App asks for your consent before loading any ads. For how Google handles this data, see Google's disclosure.

What we do NOT collect

No precise location, no contacts, no cross-app tracking, and your data is never shared with third parties for marketing. In-game chat is limited to fixed preset phrases — there is no free-text input.

Where data lives

Data is stored in Google Firebase (Authentication and Cloud Firestore) and on our game server hosted on Fly.io (Hong Kong region). All transport is encrypted (HTTPS/WSS).

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time in the App under Settings → Delete Account. Your sign-in data is destroyed immediately; your name in shared game records is anonymized.

Children

The App contains no real-money gambling and does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
