Tell us what happened
Please include your device model, iOS or iPadOS version, game version, machine theme and the steps that led to the issue. Tell us what you expected and what happened instead. A screenshot or short recording can help if you choose to share one.
Remove private notifications and other personal information from attachments. Never send passwords or payment details. Our privacy policy explains how we handle support messages.
How do I start?
Tap Enter on the title screen. Use the on-screen controls to position the claw and drop it over a doll. Your first three attempts are free; after those, one coin starts a round. A doll must reach the prize chute to count as a catch.
How do I get more coins?
Coins replenish by one every ten minutes while your balance is below 20, including elapsed time away from the game. The timer near your balance shows when the next coin is due. Earned rewards can take your balance above 20; regeneration waits until it falls below that threshold.
Open My Dolls → Shop → Resources to claim the daily three-coin gift. The red dot means a gift is ready. Daily rewards reset at 00:00 UTC (08:00 in Hong Kong), and the card shows the countdown after you claim. Successful catches and completed quests also award rewards.
How do Shake and machine unlocks work?
Shake charges refill one at a time every two minutes, up to three. Check the Shake button for the next-refill countdown when charges are missing.
Teahouse Originals is open first. Complete ten rounds or catch three dolls to unlock your first additional theme. The next unlocks come at 30 and 60 completed rounds. Open Machines and choose an available unlock; no coin or ticket payment is required. Dim Sum Showcase opens after the other three themes are unlocked. The Quests page shows your progress.
Why are some offers marked “Coming Soon”?
Video rewards and paid coin packs are disabled for launch. Tapping these offers does not play an ad or charge you. The daily gift and purchases made with earned tickets remain available. Game coins, tickets and dolls cannot be redeemed for real money or physical prizes.
Where is my progress saved?
Your dolls, coins, quests, unlocked machines and settings are saved on your device. There is no game account or in-game cloud-save service. We cannot restore a lost save from a server. Apple device backups may include app data depending on your settings, but they are separate from the game.
Please do not delete the app as a first troubleshooting step: doing so removes local progress. Close and reopen it, check for an update, and restart your device if needed. If a problem continues, contact us with the details above.
How do I change sound or language?
Open the menu and Settings to adjust music and sound effects or switch between English and Traditional Chinese.

進度只儲存在本機，沒有遊戲帳戶或雲端存檔。遇到問題請先重開遊戲或重新啟動裝置，切勿先刪除遊戲，以免遺失收藏。
