Reporting a problem
Please include your device model, iOS or iPadOS version, game version, stage or mode, and the steps that led to the problem. Tell us what you expected and what happened instead. A screenshot or short recording is helpful if you choose to share one.
Remove private notifications, passwords, payment details and other personal information from attachments. Never send your Apple Account password. Read how we handle support messages in the privacy policy.
How do I start playing?
Tap Start on the title screen, choose Stages from the main menu, then select Stage 1. Place defenders on the available build spots and use the wave-start button when you are ready.
Why did my stage restart?
Leaving an unfinished battle ends that attempt. Re-entering the stage starts it from the beginning. Completed stages, earned rewards and permanent upgrades remain saved.
Where is my progress saved?
Your progress is stored on your device. There is no in-game account or cloud-save service, and we cannot restore a lost save from a server. Avoid deleting the app when troubleshooting. Deleting the app can remove your progress; a device backup may behave differently depending on your Apple settings.
Why are some buttons marked “Coming Soon”?
Ads and purchases are deferred for launch. These controls are disabled and do not play an ad or charge you. You can still claim the normal free rewards and earn Kitchen Coins through gameplay.
Why did Endless stop awarding coins?
Endless has a daily Kitchen Coin reward limit shared across your runs. After reaching it, you can keep playing for your record. The Events page shows the remaining daily allowance and reset time.
How do I change sound or language?
Open Settings from the main menu to adjust music and sound effects or switch between English and Traditional Chinese.
What if the game freezes or closes?
Close and reopen the app, check for a game update and try restarting your device. An interrupted stage starts over. If the issue repeats, email us the stage, your device details and what you were doing. Please do not delete the app as a first troubleshooting step.
